Description :
It is a semi automatic roasted suitable for all dry fruits. It has dual layers of belt. Material can be loaded on upper belt where actual evaporation of water from the dry fruits takes place. The material is dropped on the lower belt where actual roasting or drying starts. It is equipped with precise temperature control provided in three temperature zones. Different temperatures can be set in these zones as per the process requirement. High speed hot air impellers are provided on the top of all the three zones to ensure good heat transfer to the wet material. all the parts of this roaster are manufactured out of AISI SS 304 grade stainless. SS.316 version is also available.
