AUXILLARY SYSTEM FOR THERMAL SPRAY

Description :

The Plasma spraying application will be conducted in a acoustically insulated chamber to avoid sound pollution in the workshop. SHIKOVIâ make acoustically insulated flame spray room reduces the sound level of Plasma spraying to a level which is bearable to human ears i.e. up to 90 db. The chamber consist of two side Walls, Roof and Front opening doors. Back side of the chamber is directly connected to the plasma spray booth.Acoustic Room will have suitable double leaf doors, windows and viewing windows of double glazed tempered safety glass. The size of the door will be such so as to enable the largest size of job to be taken inside the room with case.Noise Reduction : From 110 db to 90 db measured one meter outside fromthe wall as per OSHA Specifications for 3 hours exposure.
